I’m still sore from Thurs morning lift so I rested yesterday but I’m gonna lift today—but no quads because they are killing me! Saving up for my 5 mi run tomorrow. What’s your weekend workout?
Switch up your workouts. Your body responds to change so doing the same thing all the time will get you to a plateau. Changing it up will bring welcome change! Don’t be a runner or a lifter or a yogi. Be ALL of the ABOVE!
